All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Condomounts orders are shipped using UPS, USPS, AMAZON, FEDEX, Purolator or Canpar to ship most orders, but may use other carriers, as necessary.
You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped, you can track it every step of the way!
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as bad weather. Please do note, custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
Condomounts offers FREE ground shipping on orders within Canada and the continental(49 states) United States. Shipping charges apply to orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories and Mexico.
Items are delivered within two business days to address near and within Toronto and New York. Cities in the west coast may take up to 6 business days.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Condomounts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email support@condomounts.com.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. There is usually a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address shortly after placement. Please contact us immediately at support@condomounts.com. We will accommodate the change if your email is noticed before items are shipped.

CondoMounts provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of any product that has failed due to defects or faulty workmanship.
If equipment fails because of such defects and CondoMounts or an authorized dealer is notified with proof of original invoice within the time periods outlined below, CondoMounts will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the equipment, provided that the equipment has not been subjected to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse or modifications.

Customers will also be also responsible for obtaining a Return Authorization Number through CondoMounts support, as well as shipping costs to return product to a CondoMounts location or authorized depot listed on our website. If the equipment is covered under the warranty provisions above, CondoMounts will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the equipment, and be responsible for return shipping to the customer.

CondoMounts Inc. (CondoMounts) warrants the equipment it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the limited warranty periods of:

If equipment fails because of such defects and CondoMounts is notified within the specified time period with proof of original invoice from an authorized reseller, CondoMounts will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the equipment, provided that the equipment has not been subjected to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse or modifications.
Any replacement parts or replacement units are warranted for 90 days from the day of reshipment to the original purchaser.
Customers will be responsible for obtaining a Return Authorization Number and paying shipping costs to return product to a CondoMounts location or authorized depot. If the equipment is covered under the warranty provisions above, CondoMounts will replace parts or provide a replacement unit, and be responsible for shipping costs to the customer.
Please keep the original packaging to prevent damage to the product during shipping. Insuring your shipment is also recommended.
