How fast are Condomounts orders shipped?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Condomounts orders are shipped using UPS, USPS, Purolator or Canpar to ship most orders, but may use other carriers, as necessary.
You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped, you can track it every step of the way!
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as bad weather. Please do note, custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
Cost of Shipping
CondoMounts Free North American Shipping Policy:
Condomounts offers FREE ground shipping on orders within Canada and the continental United States. Shipping charges apply to orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories and Mexico.
Items are delivered within two business days to address near and within Toronto and New York. Cities in the west coast may take up to 6 business days.

Orders within Canada & United States are not subject to duties.
For orders outside of Canada & the United States, please email email@example.com for an accurate depiction of shipping costs.
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Condomounts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If I buy something from CondoMounts can I return it?
Yes. We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped and for that reason we did our best to make a return policy that is helpful for you.

Free return shipping within 30 days
All items in the store can be returned to CondoMounts US or Canadian Warehouse. The nearest location will be selected.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and we will send you a shipping label to return your item. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label failing which cost of the shopping will be charged to the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email email@example.com.
5 Year Warranty on Condomounts Column TV Mount Only. (FREE Replacements) Yes. You heard right.
Customers will be entitled for Condomounts column tv mount replacement parts in the first five years for mechanical failures due to normal wear and tear.
This is the only Column TV mount that can
a. do a full 360 degrees Rotation.
b. can mount a TV up to 120lbs
c. installs in 5-30 minutes. Quickest Installation Time for a TV mount.
d. No Power Tools Needed.
Items that must be returned in good condition for resale.
Open Boxes may be subject to restocking fees up to 30%
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product,
Just send us an email at email@example.com and we will evaluate and authorize your return. Thereafter we Will send you a shipping label to return the item through USPS or UPS.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. There is usually a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address shortly after placement.
