CondoMounts provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of any product that has failed due to defects or faulty workmanship.
If equipment fails because of such defects and CondoMounts or an authorized dealer is notified with proof of original invoice within the time periods outlined below, CondoMounts will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the equipment, provided that the equipment has not been subjected to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse or modifications.

CondoMounts Inc. (CondoMounts) warrants the equipment it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the limited warranty periods of:

If equipment fails because of such defects and CondoMounts is notified within the specified time period with proof of original invoice from an authorized reseller, CondoMounts will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the equipment, provided that the equipment has not been subjected to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse or modifications.
Any replacement parts or replacement units are warranted for 90 days from the day of reshipment to the original purchaser.
Customers will be responsible for obtaining a Return Authorization Number and paying shipping costs to return product to a CondoMounts location or authorized depot. If the equipment is covered under the warranty provisions above, CondoMounts will replace parts or provide a replacement unit, and be responsible for shipping costs to the customer.
Please keep the original packaging to prevent damage to the product during shipping. Insuring your shipment is also recommended.

The drilling took some time. Hire a professional. Product itself met our requirements.
I was installing 3 Safety Grab Bars in our master bath, 1 in the toilet area, 2 in the shower. After doing some research both on How To Do this for the tile in the shower and also tools and parts required. For my installation I couldn't hit on the wall studs for all the attachment points, for those that were off the studs chose Elephant anchors. The one for the drywall install was straight forward, one end I was able to hit the stud with 4 screws, the other end I used 3 of the Elephant anchors and the bars is solidly mounted. The shower area I bought a 1/8" and 1/2" Tile/Glass drill bits, the 1/8" I used to see if there was a stud in the area, then used the 1/2" for the ones off the stud. I was able to use 1 regular screw but also need 2 Elephant anchors at each end. These installed quite easily, but I did a one issue. ( I'll cover that later) The other bar was installed on an outer wall with a lot of insulation, here I had an issue with 2 of the Elephant anchors. When I pushed them through the 1/2" hole I pushed too hard which broke the plastic near the toggle so the screw wouldn't engage. I realized the insulation didn't allow the toggle to seat itself properly. With a screwdriver I pushed the insulation back and away from the hole to allow the toggle to seat flat on the inner drywall surface. Overall once done and all buttoned up the bars are all solidly mounted with 3 or 2 (with I wood screw) of them holding the bars to the wall at each end.
Drill through tiles with the guidance of the YouTube video. The anchors worked perfectly. Insert slowly and make sure they are flat against the wall. See the youtube Video to get it right if you have trouble.
I used two bolts each side of the grab bar. Definitely it is not going anywhere.
want to install a grab for my dad in his bathroom. With the virus lockdown, i attempted this myself and was straighforward and easy. took me a long time to drill through the tiles. keep wetting the drill bit.
